Like you, we are monitoring the news about the COVID-19 pandemic. After close of business on Tuesday, March 17, all MRG employees will be working from their homes. As a company, we have well-established work from home protocols, so we do not anticipate any significant disruption to the level of service you expect.
There will be two temporary changes in the client services department:
Print and ship service is temporarily suspended. A small number of customers continue to use our print and ship report services. Starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020 this service will be temporarily suspended for the safety of our staff. Our last shipment of printed reports will take place on Tuesday, March 17.
Calls to Client Services will go to a voicemail box and queued for response. This queue will be monitored during all regular business hours, and you can expect a response within two business hours of your call. You can still reach the team at Client Services with any questions.
