Yet they both have 1 thing in common: they’re both ranked one of the worst industries, by customer support/satisfaction.
I find this fascinating as it really presents a huge opportunity for companies that actually DO care about customer satisfaction much more than their competitors.
A lot of times, when customers are presented with bad customer service, they say to themselves: “I’ll just switch to another provider”. However, in some industries, there aren’t that many better providers (customer satisfaction/support wise).
